Decent Life
Egypt’s Decent Life initiative foundation has opened up donations at all Egyptian banks to receive contributions to aid and support the Palestinian people amid the ongoing fighting. The foundation is receiving donations through the following four bank accounts numbers:

The Decent Life initiative is a presidential initiative inaugurated in 2021 that aims to elevate living standards, improve infrastructure, and provide essential services, including healthcare, in 4,658 villages. The foundation expressed its full solidarity with the Palestinian people and regret over the escalation of violence in the Gaza Strip “which threatens international peace and violates international law and the principles and objectives of the UN’s charter”.
Tahya Misr Fund
Egypt’s Tahya Misr Fund is a humanitarian aid organization that provides assistance to those in need. Recently, the fund launched a humanitarian aid convoy to Gaza consisting of 195 trucks carrying 2,500 tons of aid, including medical equipment and supplies, dry food, ready-to-eat meals, clothing, blankets, and cleaning and sanitizing products. The aid also includes medicines for children and infants, baby food and formula, diapers in various sizes, essential medicines for pregnancy, sanitary napkins for women, and personal care items. The convoy was launched in the presence of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel-Ghaffar, Minister of Social Solidarity Nevine El-Qabbaj, and Minister of Local Development Hesham Amna. The fund has also opened up donations at all Egyptian banks to receive contributions to reconstruct Gaza from both inside Egypt and abroad.

Instructions: Under ‘اسم المشروع’ meaning ‘name of the appeal’ scroll to the last option ‘اغاثة أهل غزة’ meaning ‘Relief for the people of Gaza’. The next input box asks for the ‘القيمة’ meaning the amount. Put in the amount of money you would like to donate. Emirates Red Crescent
The Emirates Red Crescent is a humanitarian organization based in the United Arab Emirates. It was established in 1983 and has since been involved in various humanitarian missions across the globe. The organization has been actively involved in providing aid to the people of Gaza, Palestine, through its Operation Gallant Knight 3. The operation aims to alleviate the suffering of civilians in the Gaza Strip during these dire circumstances. As part of the operation, the organization has sent 10 trucks carrying food aid to Gaza. The aid contained 16,520 food parcels weighing 247.8 tonnes. The organization has also opened 26 donation centers across the UAE to collect aid for families affected by the Israel-Gaza war. The Emirati field hospital is part of the UAE’s efforts to alleviate the suffering of Palestinians and support the health system in the Gaza Strip, which faces immense and unprecedented challenges. The hospital will have a capacity of 150 beds, and will be established in multiple stages, encompassing departments for general surgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, and gynecology, in addition to anesthesia and intensive care units catering to both children and adults. The facility will also house clinics for internal medicine, dentistry, psychiatry, and family medicine. Supplementary services will include CT imaging, a laboratory, a pharmacy, and other medical support functions. The organization’s efforts are a reflection of the UAE’s established humanitarian approach in providing support and meeting the needs of civilians across various circumstances.

The platform has been used to raise funds for various programs, including the popular campaign to aid the people of Palestine in Gaza. They have raised over $130 million according to their website.

Ummah Welfare Trust
Ummah Welfare Trust (UWT) is a UK-based international relief and development charity established in 2001. The charity is inspired by the Islamic teachings of empathy, generosity, and selflessness and aims to alleviate poverty and suffering across the world. UWT has had a base in Gaza for over 10 years and is committed to providing aid to the people of Palestine. The charity has a 100% donations policy, which means that every penny donated is used strictly for charitable efforts. Donations go into a ‘charity-only’ bank account from which nothing is removed for fundraising or administration costs.
According to the Ummah Welfare Trust’s website, the administration costs are covered through Gift Aid, Recycling and profits from the Ummah & Charity shops. The charity also runs a separate ‘administration-only’ bank account which has its own sources of funding. By donating towards administration, you will be helping Ummah Welfare Trust maintain its 100% donations policy. The money will be used to pay wages, bills, publications and everything else needed to run an international charity.
